Final Award Notification for Mega Lottery Picker 2019 Lottery Software for Powerball & Mega Millions Ref number OBC/VC/0999/171 Batch number SPA/2019-20W for a drawing that was held May 7, 2019, for number 14-13-21-27-36-38 bonus ball 45 and that I had won 4,500,000 and that I needed to call Mark Lopez Foreign Service Manager/Remittance Officer to process my winnings no later than May 31, 2019, or the money would be returned to the Ministry of Economy. It also stated that I had to be in Madrid Spain to collect my winnings.
