I discovered this company through a Facebook ad & ordered pet products through them. I was charged 3 times by this company after only authorizing 1. Immediately after placing my order I received an email that my order had already shipped. I was upset with seeing the 3 charges so less than 5 minutes after placing my order I contacted the company to cancel it. The response from them was that my order had left the building and to return it once it gets to me. I was emailed shipping labels which I kept track of. A month later the shipping label still states "shipping label not created". I confronted the company of this via email saying that I know the product has not shipped to me, please cancel it. I was completely ignored and met with the same response that it was on it’s way and to return it. Further researching this company I found that over 90% of customers never received their products and were given similar responses. Many people also reported being charged monthly by the company. I have taken it in to my own hands to dispute charges with them and cancel the card I used on their website. This company is scamming many innocent people and needs to be shut down.
