Came to Ryan’s puppies because they were more in our price range. I tried to research them before but nothing came up until tonight when i looked and after i gave a $500 deposit over cash app. Talked to him on the phone and he had an accent. He sent us videos of the puppies we requested and asked to meet him at a park to get the dog. As i’m looking at these reviews i’m calling my bank trying to get my money back since we were supposed to “get the dog tomorrow”. Waste of my time, money, and emotions.
This is a scam and they are shameless and heartless. Such awful humans. Their website says the puppies are $600-$800. It’s all a huge lie and they have you use CashApp. CashApp also doesn’t have a place to report fraud so don’t bother. Just go to your bank and cancel the payment or dispute it. These A-holes prey on people who are looking for an animal to love. If it’s too good to be true, then it most likely is.
They are lying liars. Come on folks. The dogs are all between $600-$800. If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is and in this case they are all fraudulent. I wish I had trusted my gut. Call your bank to dispute the charge to cash app immediately. Cash App does nothing. They allow and enable people like Ryan’s Havanese to continue to do this.
I purchased a Havanese puppy from Ryan’s Havanese Puppies. It is a scam. After the collect your money the don’t send the puppy. They also disconnect their phone number. What ever you do do not by a puppy from this site. SCAM!

I was looking for a Havanese puppy and saw the site. They were asking between $600-$800 per dog which is way less than other breeders charge. We agreed that I would meet him in a few days as I had to drive to Los Angeles to meet the dog. He required a $400 deposit which we deposited the money in Cash App. Then I tried to contact Ryan and the number was disconnected and I knew I was scammed. Looking back there were too many clues. First of all, the dogs were too inexpensive compared to others. There were no pictures of the parent dogs. kDon’t trust the pictures. When I took a picture of the dogs on his website with my cell phone they came out grainy. They were not affiliated with any legitimate agency. Ryan did not give his last name. He wanted to bring the dog to a local park to meet instead of where he lives. He had a very unusual accent and I couldn’t tell where he was from.

Searching for a puppy for my children’s birthday i found a website to adopt a havanese puppy. He had full website with adult dogs, reviews and everything. Finally decided to purchase, and the puppy would be shipped to me. He also had a fake online tracking service that you could put a tracking number and everything.
