This company has a ‘process server’ in Texas who uses fabricated information to coerce the target to call ‘RW & Associates.’ Their tactics are bullying and harrassing, but worse yet I was nearly pushed into settling a credit card debt that according to their information is nearly a year past the statute of limitations in Texas, based on date of last activity. Of course, had I made the payment, it would have been a windfall for this company. The agent I spoke with (three times, of which he hung up on me twice) was bullying and obnoxious. His last statement before he hung up on me the final time was that he would ‘set a court date for your case.’
