December of 2017 I purchased a tandem skydiving gift certificate as a gift to my brother. Rushcube then referred me to Skydive Spaceland in Rosharon as a location for him to go. The certificate is set to “expire” next month & the number provided is out of service & the “business” is permanently closed. So I am out 400 something dollars & now my brother cannot enjoy his gift. I am trying to dispute the charge but the ScamPulse.com was no help.
