Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
Received a bill for $790.17 for "ambulance service" on 4/25/2018. (I was at work all day). The "bill" at first glance looks real… Then I notice there was no last name included…. the company is located in OH. but they want payment directly sent to their PO box in Atlanta, GA.
Then there’s a logo of AMR… American Medical Response…. Website down… www.amr.net
