On October 23, 2017, Randall M Sargent, aka RS Home Improvement, signed a contract with me to remove my old roof and install new shingles. The total amount was for $11,000 he asked for a $6,000 check for materials. He cashed the check the same day. I never saw him again. I called multiple times and left many voice mails. I went to his home address but he was never there. I had to take out a second loan to replace my roof. I went to small claims court and won a judgement against him but he didnt show up to defend himself or make any plan to pay me. Randall M Sargent is a thief and a liar.
