Type of a scam Debt Collections
Joseph Manning called stated he was from R&S collections and I could pay $380 or he would have a family member arrested. When o refused to pay because he would not provide me proof of the debt, he began yelling and calling me obscene names. He began to talk about the type of vehicle I drive, why would he know that is this is a credit card debt? He ended up cussing me and calling me names then hanging up on me.
