On Facebook this company offered a beautiful free woman’s ring you only pay shipping! And I still two months later haven’t even received a email that they have sent me a tracking number or nothing! I’ve seen others were scammed by these people too. Their company name is Royonova.com…. I think they should be held accountable for all the money they’ve received from me and a lot more people!!

Mallory – Mar 31, 2020

I like a lot of others got hooked into this scam. I saw the add on Facebook for a ring just pay shipping $9.99. I think this was about Jan 20. Kept waiting for ring to come and I contacted them never got a response. I did this 3 times still no answer finally I got a response saying that address didn’t exist. Now I am going to have to contact my credit card company and see if I can get my money back. How do these people get on facebook legally. These things need to be screened before they are allowed to place adds.

This company is nothing but a fraud! I found this out after I had ordered a free ring , only pay shipping! Great deal I thought! Beautiful ring they advertise also, except it wasn’t real. What makes you think it’s reL because they do send you a message immediately after the get your payment saying they received your order and they will send you shipping info soon! NOT SO MUCH! Gosh I just hate people that scam hard working Americans daily! SHAME ON THEM! GOD IM PISSED!
Thanks for listening to my rant!lol

Via an advertisement on Facebook, for Royonova,I thought I was purchasing a free ring(just pay s&h)$9.97 on Jan.8th 2020 low and behold it’s now 3/11/2020 and still no ring. I heard from the company once(right after placing my order) only to confirm that they received my order and nothing since. There is no telephone number listed for the company and I tried to email them, only to have the email bounce back due to an invalid domain. Buyer beware. Do your research before placing orders with these companies advertising on Facebook and beyond. Most likely if it’s too good to be true, it is. This is the 2 nd time I got scammed ordering from a company advertising on Facebook

Claire – Mar 11, 2020

I purchased a free ring just pay 9.97 shipping and handling and low and behold it’s 3/11/2020 and I still have not received my ring. Trying to reach out to them is a joke! Invalid email address as well as no telephone number listed.

Sara – Mar 10, 2020

They took my 20$ and I have never received anything. Total scam

Ernest – Mar 08, 2020

I have also purchased the ring for $9.97 and have yet to receive it. When I try to email them about it it tells me that it’s not a valid user and it’s the email they are giving out. It is theft!

Brianna – Feb 27, 2020

I placed an order Jan 29. Emailed customer service & have not heard anything as of yet. I was charged 9.97 for shipping and handling, which I will be disputing as a fraudulent charge. Such a beautiful ring, too. Shame this was a scam.

Javier – Feb 25, 2020

Same here but charged me 9.97 for ship and handle. I have reported to bbq. They have a file on this company. It’s owned by and employs 1 person. I received mms messages and emails from them stating they were getting ready to ship but never shipped. I also reported to the FB marketplace where it asks if u want to report this business. And I believe a reimbursement from FB would be a good deal on their part. They need to screen there advertisers better.

Tasha – Mar 11, 2020

I ordered a ring and never received it. When I tried to email them, the email came back saying that email did not exist. I orders back in early January.

Monique – Mar 12, 2020

I saw an ad from a company that looked reputable on Facebook showing a free ring and only pay for shipping. Lots of "reviews" in the ad said their ring arrived quickly and was beautiful etc. I don’t usually purchase things from ads but this looked like a good deal.

Placed an order on January 21. Emailed the company (it bounced back immediately). They have still not shipped my ring. And lots of other people on their Facebook page have been leaving similar reviews. I don’t think anybody actually got a ring.

They charged my debit card $9.99.

I was also scammed. I saw their ad on Facebook and had the thought in the back of my mind that it sounded too good to be true. I placed my order on January 13th and still haven’t received it. Tried to email them and it kicked back my email saying the domain doesn’t exist. I’m out $10 for shipping & handling. Lesson learned. Never again!

Brandy –

I ordered the ring on 01/08/2020 and apparently I have been scammed out of the shipping & handling fee as well. Numerous emails were sent with no reply back and it’s extremely frustrating the amount of companies that do this and get away with it!

Marcus –

I also ordered the ring jan.9 tried to contact them no such email exists so guess im out $10 dollars for s&h… its not that much could be worse smh . thats twice ive been scammed on FB.. never again . maybe FB should give us our money back!?! lol the NEEDY store were the other scammers for me ordered cat hoody in october, figured it would be here for x-mas.. NOPE still waiting…

Drew –

The bad thing is , this company made a lot of money from all these reports I’m reading that they never received the ring… each person $9.97 almost ten dollars over and over and over again! It adds up! That’s almost $100.00 every 10 people they scammed and I’ve already see over that amount just on here, what about all the people that haven’t reported it .
Well thanks for listening anyway! I feel bad this still goes on and on all over the work.

Lauren –

It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Just think about the amount of money they made scamming people that $10.00 shipping fee. I do like the idea of Facebook having to reimburse us since it was advertised on their site.

Angela –

I placed an order a month ago and haven’t been able to track my order. I tried sending emails and calling and I’m not having any luck! I’ve gone to their web site and tried tracking my order from there and it keeps telling me my email is incorrect! I will never ever buy anything like this again on Facebook or instagram!

Drew –

Same here! I placed my order 1/11/2020 and haven’t gotten any update and can’t track because my email is “invalid.”

April –

I have experienced the same issue with them trying now to get my card to retract my payment as a fraud on my credit card

I ordered a ring from them after seeing their add on Facebook multiple times. After sending several emails and trying to call the number I received no answer or information and kept getting return emails saying the domain didn’t exist! Very frustrated seeing as they charged my card and took my money but won’t give me any information!!
