I have been searching for adoptable dachshund puppies, I came across this website and starting communicating with them via web, email and text. they wanted me to deposit money into their account (I did not get that information) and they would ship them to me for free.
Inexpensive, btw, is $400. So we did some diligent searching and we found that there is a list of people posting as puppy homes, and that they have a store and these are the people they deal with. Then they get you to send them money for a deposit and pay for the shipping (if you want to pick them up, they say they’ll ship for free) and voila, take your money and there are NO puppies. We were on http://www.royerdachshundshome.com/available-puppies.html . I found this to be horrible. I got two phone calls, and reported them as scamming others. They aren’t even located in this country, while they have a Texas phone number and a Baltimore address.
