I have attempted to speak to someone in regards to my Vacation for booking and to no avail and disruption with phone calls by representative and/or Supervisor via a "Jay".
Noone has answered MY questions to Booking which would have expired in 2018 or beyond in addition to a refund. Im unsure as to following any other actions legally or other. Please help and advise to any channels to take for further actions!!!
