They called me and said that they were calling on behalf of ford motor company. They asked the mileage on my car and then said I was qualified for an extended warranty to cover any vehicle repairs. I just needed to provide them with credit card info. At first they only identified themselves as “Ford technical service”. I had to ask them very specifically if this warranty was provided by ford. After several attempts at hiding their true identity, I finally got them to tell me they were calling me from royal administration.

This place has a marketing company to call you in place of the actual company (Royal Administration) that misleads u to think they work directly with the company, they take ur information and guarantee u that if u have any questions u can call back and ask for them knowing they won’t talk to u again after u have made ur down payment. You are given a phone number with a company called US Direct which is the third party of Royal, I only know though because I ask questions. When I needed service from this company they were very inconsistent with the date and time of the claim and they were very rude to me and the people at my repair shop, they consistently ask for pictures and paperwork and claimed that they never received it, they have made things very confusing and chaotic for me and the repair shop, I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks before just then to still deny the claim. They’re more details that is just like the others that I have seen in comparison to others complaints, that’s solidified my suspicions on this company being a scam. never have true intentions on covering ur repairs they just want ur money
