Type of a scam Online Purchase
I found this Clothing website on Instagram, so I decided to order a dress on their website. I ordered it on November 1st and a week rolls around and yet have I received a tracking number or anything so I decided to give it a couple more days because it was coming from the UK (I live in Canada). Another week rolls around I tried messaging them to see where it is and they tell me it’s at International Hub?!? and then I get an email from you guys saying its held at Canadian Custom (which isn’t a legit either) so at this point, I call my bank and file a dispute and then message the company? and tell them that I have filed a dispute and then they tell me that it has been lost?!?
