Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered from this company on June 27 2016. It states on their website that as long as the items ordered on in stock it will take 2-3 business days to fill an order before shipment. I reached out to them on July 10th, asking why my order had not been filled since my items were in stock and wondering when it would be filled and shipped. I never got a response to that email. Then, on July 12th I sent another email stating I got no response from the first email I sent and that I wanted to know what was going on with my order. Finally on July 14th, a separate email which seemed to be an automatic response email, was sent saying that my package had been shipped. When August 1 came around I replied to the shipment email they sent to me, and got a response finally on August 3rd. They stated that they noticed the shipment went out awhile ago but gave no date. Also stating that the package needed to be signed for and that I must have missed it. Which is false because I did not pay for a tracker on the package.. I would not need to sign for an untracked package. They then proceeded to give me the option of refund or reshipment. So I asked for a reshipment WITH a tracker so that I could not "miss it" again. I got no response. I emailed them again asking if they were going to resend it or not.. Still got no response. I lastly responded AGAIN, stating that I would dispute the charges with my bank and be reporting them to the BBB.

I never got a response. It is now August 24, 2016. Still no response to rectify the situation as been made. I did receive my money back from my bank who filed the dispute report, but that is it. I believe this company takes your money and waits a long time to send the merchandise thinking you won’t notice and they respond with false hope leading you to believe that you still might receive what you ordered only to never send it or respond again. They have VERY limited info on their site. No phone number and no address, only email. I honestly do not know if they are based out of Canada but that’s what my bank assumed when they filed the dispute claim. I read a review on this site.. ( to which other people have dealt with my same misfortune. I believe this company is a scam and they need to be shut down!! Hopefully they will pay for the what they’ve done, to I’m sure countless people.
