Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order via the website at the end of November of 2019. Today is January 6th of 2020, and i still have not receive my order. And i emailed the company asking for a refund and they are not responding.

In addition, i left a negative review on their website. But it is not showing up. I believe their website filters out all negative reviews.
