I purchased a garment in April 2020, I didn’t like the garment and returned it for a refund because the material was not worth the cost so I returned it unworn and packaged better that I received it. They sent me the following email which was not true, how can it be stained missing and defective!?

Dear XXXX

We have received your returned package, but we are so sorry to tell you that your returned package can’t be refunded in full as the following reasons:

Return Items:170904066-3-XL .

1. The items are defective.

2. The items have been stained.

3. The items are not same as you choose when you return the order.

4.The item(s) is missing.

Per My Order Number/Wxxxxxxx5241 I have returned (9) Items and (1) Item I ordered I never received which inturn is a of total (10) items I am requesting total refund. My USPS Tracking Number:EW0xxxxxxx385US. I am not sure why all of sudden you are unable to understand the information I have sent also when I call to discuss this matter with customer service (909-281-0551) however prior to this issue someone was available to answer my questions or they responded to my online inquires. To get my funds for products you very well know are not acceptable due to prior complaints, you were very instrumental in understanding when you received my funds now that the items are not acceptable as you mention in your return policy, you are not able to comprehend my information, how convenient. This is pure nonsense and I have contacted the USPS to confirm my package was sent and received per the tracking information and I will contact other United States Authorities as it relates to customs process and procedures when a foreign country receives payment in good faith for items and those items are returned to merchant for full refund.

I have answered your questions time and time again as follows: On 04/22/2014, twice on 04/24/2017, 04/25/2017, 04/28/2017, twice on 05/02/2017 and today 05/04/2014. – I have sent to your attention my response to your question, "Which items do you want to return?” I have sent pictures as well as your own online list of the items I have returned. I do not know what more I can provide.

This is clearly a delay to process my return. Very Poor Business Practice…

The sizes of the clothing is completely wrong. So when you receive the item and try to exchange it they said that an exchange was unavailable and they would only give me a discount to purchase it again in a different size. Their exchange policy says that exchanges are guaranteed. Then I requested a return and they told me that only 60% of the price would be refundable even though it was within the three days qualified for a full refund. This is not a legitimate business.

Dear BBB: In Feb 2016, purchased from Rotita.com a dress made of cotton/polyester, a sturdy (sweatshirt type) fabric, with a cowel neck collar which stands up on its own, length above knee. On about Feb 23, 2016, I received a top with a length barely to the waist with pockets too small to insert hands made of a thin limp fabric. The item received is nothing like the picture. Is defective in sizing and style. The site provides no address or email only online exchange via its website. The company seems to have difficulty understanding English. The reps refuse to provide a refund saying I should sell the item to someone else, give the item away as a gift and that return shipping is too expensive to allow a return. I am not in the business of selling goods for others. I would never gift or sell to someone a defective item If items are too expense to return from the U.S. then the company should not do business in the U.S. I would like to return this item at no charge to me and I would like to receive a full refund. The items is unworn and is in the same condition as when received.

Company Rotita.com taking pictures from social media and posting the pictures on their website for purchase. When you "buy" these items seen in the pictures they redirect you to paypal. Pay through pay pal and no items are sent.

I placed an order on 2/15/16 have not received my order it is 3/7/16 and the tracking number is still saying in transit called PayPal they put in a dispute. Fake company they never intend to send your item.

Watch out for those clothing ads on Facebook and I think they changed their name, but have same clothing.

I ordered 2 dresses from www.rotita.com on 2/1/2016. It is now March 1st and I have yet to receive my items or my refund that I have requested several times. I am being told that one of my items is not available and they cancel that item for $3.00 and will ship the other item. The other items has not shipped and my order has not been cancelled. This is the same for www.shoespie.com. These Chinese companies are taking our money without sending product or giving refunds. Something needs to be done. I know it is risky ordering online. But this site is everywhere as if it is legit. HELP!!!! I am not rich and want my money back, items,or this site shut down! I have 2 claim tickets regarding my order. The claim numbers are T5061738924 and T2706394855 for order W1602022323366979.
