The coat had a black spot on it which is unremovable and the sleeves hem are not finish,the coat is literally garbage , I tried calling but it says that phone number no longer exist and also tried logging in my account on the website but can’t get in ??I know I won’t get my money back but at least put this information out there so other people won’t get scam like I did

Placed an on-line order in March 2016 for $25.27 for a black hooded dress and as of today June 27, 2016 I still haven’t received my order. First they told I gave them the incorrect mailing address and the item was returned. Then they said I would have to pay extra shipping charge to have the order reshipped. I asked for a refund, they said they could only refund me 60-70 present of my order because of restocking fee. I requested a refund for the agreed 70 percent, then they said there was a problem with my credit card. They suggested I open a PayPal account. I did that and still no refund.
I smell a SCAM. I suggest no one purchase anything from this particular site and tell all your social media family, friends and enemies.

Ordered an item. Site stayed 1-4 business days to be shipped. After waiting a month and never recieveing. I asked for money back. Now waited another month to receive money back. Still nothing. After numerous attempts to contact and get item or money back. All I get is excuse after excuse.
