Ordered dress paid for additional express delivery. Never received dress. All number disconnected or not working. They keep saying it’s been shipped no tracking number. I asked for a refund. They said it’s been shipped they can’t. But site says it still processing.

Rosewe is a clothing website that advertise very nice clothes for women. I purchased a couple of items from the site and paid to have my order expedited 3 1/2 weeks ago and never received my order. If you have a problem there isn’t anyone to talk to the number they have on the site is not the real number. The only way to get a response is by submitting a ticket. I’ve submitted several. When they respond they act as if they don’t know what I’m talking about. Or they say it has been shipped. The last time I submitted a ticket. i asked for a refund and someone replied they can’t refund something that they haven’t sent out. Being very cocky about the whole thing. Ripping off people is what they do very sad.

I tried to find information how to return shipped items but every time when I click the option for return/refund is going back to the login information.
Nothing came with the package. No receipt, no return label or address.

Rosewe.com..This company is the worst online shopping company you can deal with, STAY AWAY!!!… there’s no way to contact a person, the tracking numbers are a fake, and the contact phone number 1-718-395-9508 is also a fake, this company will take your money, and if you have any inquiries concerning tracking status (AFTER 3 weeks of no show), the only way you can inquire is through their open ticket link, and then they will respond by saying (they don’t know what you mean, and even that is misspelled, as if a child is writing back/or responding to your open ticket)….this is a terrible place to order from, use LINKShe instead, at least they are accurate concerning your order and tracking..RoseWe is an online scam!!!!

I ordered clothes from this company and when I got the clothes they was already torn, and not the same garments that was advertised on line. I have been back and forth with my credit card company to get my money back and they denied my dispute. Rosewe told me to send the clothes back but until i realized it was going to coast me an additional $65.00 to do so. I have already lost 146.56 on trash. so I am going back and forth with sitejabber. they told me that they will send my my refund back in full and that paypal already sent it and paypal confirmed that they sent my back my money since i won my dispute but could not send me any thing in writing about them sending it back. Everyone is passing the buck,, Rosewe, Sitejabbers and Paypal.. Can someone please help

I ordered a dress and never receved it after they charged my account. They do not have a valid number listed to call, instead you opt to submit a ticket for someone to contact yo uwithin 24 hour, no ones contacted me. It says their products ship out within 2-4 business days, it’s been almost 3 weeks.
