Type of a scam Phishing
Received 2 voice mails that they were trying to serve me with a summons and since I wasn’t responding they were moving forward with the summons without cooperation. The name they left in the message wasn’t me so when I called back they wanted my personal info before they’d tell me more. When I wouldn’t give them it the man asked me if I was schizophrenic. I hung up. I believe this was a phishing scam trying to scare me into giving them my personal info so they wouldn’t proceed with legal action. When I tried to research the number it’s privately listed. A true legal law firm wouldn’t have their numbers privately listed.
