I received a voicemail from a 913 area code to call 8667264711 with a claim number. I called and the lady stated she was with Rosenberg Law group and they were trying to serve me for a judgement. She had my social, full name and date of birth. I DID NOT GIVE THAT INFO, SHE READ IT TO ME. I called the company they claimed were filing a complaint against me and they confirmed I did not have a balance with them and they never sell off their debt, they collect and recover within the company. I called the Rosenberg Group back and explained this was a scam and they became very rude and yelling. I’m not sure how they got my information. Scary

Calling family members and leaving a pre-recorded message of pending actions being filed against me. Recommend contacting firm as soon as possible. Leaves the following number 866-540-5801 and a case number. When calling number person answering doesn’t identify name of firm and immediately requests the case number. When questioned, gets defensive.
