Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I have been a Tenant for 4 years to the Landlord’s/Owner’s and have been a dissatisfied Tenant because they send fake invoices from their Technicians who work for them to do repair work and charges me for the work when it is not my fault. It is the Landlord’s & Owner’s responsibility to pay. Their Technician’s come inside my apartment home and do work but sabatoge it making it look like it is my fault when they messed it up. One Plumber came into my house, said he couldn’t do the job because he did not have a long snake or a ladder when I specifically requested those items. So, he went back to the Owner’s and said I refused to let him inside my house which I didn’t because he came inside the kitchen & the front bathroom. HE would have had to go up on the roof to snake out the line to unclog it. So, it was never fixed. I had to fix it on my own. So, the Owner’s charged me $75.00 for the Plumber to lie and not do any work therefore I was not helped. I disputed it yet had to pay. This has happened before twice where I was paid $75.00 the other 2 times while the Technicians said it was my fault so I would be charged. How is it my fault for me to climb behind my washer and switch the hot and cold cables when it worked perfectly before. It is because I didn’t do what they accused me of. They are taking advantage of me. Also, the time when the stove burner was working fine and then it stopped heating up. So, a technician came out. I saw him unplug the coils. He said he fixed it. I said, you mean you broke it and then fixed it so I can be charged. Again, I had to pay $75.00. Now, they are getting me for fees for plumbing repairs for my unit and the next one and fixing a door knob that they didn’t do but did put in a new threshold which was supposed to be fixed at move in. Again, they are charging me more money. Which, I refuse to pay. Plus, they are charging late fees for me not paying it. Which, I refuse to pay. They are doing the work or not. Then after a few weeks go by they give me fake invoices. When, I call them nobody wants to fix their mistakes. So, then they tell me it is my fault when it is not or nor my financial responsibility because I am NOT the OWNER. So, I chose NOT to renew my lease. It is up Nov. 30, 2017 and the rent is going up over $100.00 when before it has only been about $30.00 to $40.00 more. This Company staff, Owner’s & Landlords are dishonest Slumlords. They do this to other Tenants as well. So, I am NOT their only VICTIM. Others need to be warned to NOT RENT from them. Something has to be done immediately. So far, I have lost $225.00 & more fees that they will give me a fake invoice for. They send it to me on an e-mail & I see it on the Tenant Portal.
