These guys were the best I ever met. There was a guy named Оohn who was a really helpful one he helped me in the case where my TV was not even being connected and the support he provided me. I wanted some channels and he helped me to add them with my card at the end i just paid for my channels and had a really great experience. I got a new Roku TV and was trying to set it up and went online to enter the code. I clicked on a google link that took me to what looked like the Roku site and I keyed in the code and was

Type of a scam Tech Support

I got a new roku tv and was trying to set it up and went online to enter the code. I clicked on a Google link that took me to what looked like the roku site and i keyed in the code and was given a number to call. I was informed that i had to pay for roku for having more than one account. They got my credit card info and charged me 69.99. They stated they need my roku password to verify the account. This gave them access to my account and when i realized they were scammers i had my bank stop the charge and with my password they locked me out of my account. I called back and informed them I was notifying better business for having changed my roku email and scamming me out of my money to which they quickly changed my email info back and gave me the new password they had changed it to. Still waiting on my bank for the dispute for my money to be verified.
