Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

A lady kept handing out the samples even after I refused couple times. She followed me and I felt bad and took the sample from her hand. She then grabbed me into the store by telling me that she is going to show me how to try the sample at home. Then immediately a man walked over and asked me to sit down. I said no, I have to go. I’m in a hurry. He kept saying it would only takes me one minute. I decided fine, just sit down for a minute. He then started putting eye serum around my eyes and use fan to blow dry it. It felt like glue drying up and pulling my skin. He asked me if I see the difference? I said very little, not much. He was very pushy and kept trying to sell me the product, and even offer big discount with gifts. I was still not interested. Then he said if it didn’t work, I can return it. I was in a hurry to leave, so I thought ok, maybe I can return it later. Then when I was walking to my car, I looked at the receipt and it says No Refund at the bottom. He completely lied to me before the purchase. I think it’s not right. Then I came home and googled this product and realized many people complained that it is a scam. They used to sell in local malls and for much lower price. Now they set up on Rode Drive and tried to rip people off big time. Besides the No Refund lies, I think the product itself is a scam. Before I left the store, the man insisted to wipe the serum off my face. It was very odd. All the beauty counters want the customers to feel how good their product is by leaving them on customers. Instead, he seems worried for me to walk out the store with the serum on my face. Whole experience was not normal.
