Type of a scam Employment

Received a voicemail from "Jenna" (414-249-3066) explaining that her company "Rococo" was excited about the resume I submitted and wanted to interview me. Fun fact, never applied to said company, so I called back to figure out what was going on. The original phone number just kept providing a "this line is busy" message. I googled the company, and then called the number from the website which was a Google voice number asking for my name before proceeding (414-220-0322). I was routed to the voicemail of "Monica". I hung up, and called back, and was immediately put on hold. I called a couple more times until I got a real voice "Monica", whom sounds exactly like "Jenna" from the voicemail that I received. I told "Monica" that I received a voicemail from "Jenna" about a job that I had never applied for. We had a short conversation of which I was required to provide my Email address to determine why I was contacted. I was able to get the following out of "Monica"; apparently "they" had pulled my resume from careerbuilder and decided to contact me. I told her, and her company to stop contacting me. I believe this to be a phishing scam.
