I received a phone call asking if I would be interested in selling my timeshare in Mexico… I said yes. I received an email with a proposal with a HUGE offer. Red flags started popping up as I did my due diligence. The address that was on the offer letter is a Virtual Office facility. I called and found that they were NOT tenants and I was the 4th person to ask about them! The BBB in Denver had no information on them. I found online that this name, Rocky Mountain Marketing Services (http://rockymountainmarketingservices.com) is listed as a suspected scam…. It is!
They are very personable and persistant….
