I feel I was misrepresented by your company. I believed I was communicating with someone from Amazon with reference to help in setting up my Alexa on April 27th! Somehow I was routed to you who failed to to tell me that you were not affiliated with Amazon! My Alexa was set up as well as my 2 Echoes and then I was sold a protection plan for all my devices. I was given a Robojab Technologies LLC toll-free phone number and a Support persons name to contact should I have any further issues. I paid $299 for a lifetime service. I was in no way aware that I was not dealing with Amazon!
The purpose of this writing is to demand a full refund. This was done without my knowing that Amazon was not my provider. Needless to say I will contact the Better Business Bureau along with my bank to report what I believe to be fraud.
