My husband was having trouble connecting Amazon Echo to our computer. He found a support number in the Echo package and called for help. He got connected to RoboJAP and ended up buying some sort of maintenance plan for $299. A while after that, received a call supposedly from RoboJAP indicating that they are going out of business and wanted to refund us. We called the known support number of RoboJAP at 866-925-5895, which appeared on credit card statement, and found out that the call was not made by them. They are still in business.
