This man also goes by Victor Brown, or John Robinson @ 240-804-3207, and Max Taylor @ 470-221-4521. He or they are of African decent. I am writing this for my cousin, a senior with Alzheimer’s. He has convinced her to go to Target on 3 occasions and purchase a $400 gift card, which she did 3 times = $1200. He then calls her back and gets the card number from her and has made purchases throughout the country. He is consistently harassing her, telling her she owes him money for some bogus services. He/they call several times a day.
