There was no time clock, or any process done to prove I was an employee of his. He refused to get a time card for us to keep track of our hours. He had stated that it would be 40 hours a week at $14, I would be lucky to get 30 hours and I never received the money that I worked for. He would take the equipment with him and refused to allow us to work unless he was present on site. He would constantly call and say he was on his way, but then never show up. He was constantly under the influence of drugs. He carried illegal weapons on him to work.
