They were selling puppies. they wanted info on us for delivery of the pup. had us fill out name address city state email address phone number. they would accept payment buy cashapp or zelle. we asked to pay thru paypal and they said ok but use friends and family. my credit card would not allow that so they told me to go walgreens or a cv’s and buy a vanilla visa card
