Rivals.com gives you the option to cancel membership through it’s online forum chat only. However, when you follow the instructions to complete cancelation, you are looped through the help forum. There’s no way to actually cancel membership. There is also a phone number provided to you that let’s you call to cancel. When you call the number, you are told to go to the website to cancel and are hung up on.
