I ordered flowers for a funeral and I was charged and sent a order number and money was taken out of my account immediately then within minutes I received an email that my order was cancelled and I was getting a full refund and I have not received any refund and need the money to purchase flowers from another florist in a sensitive time frame we are suffering a family death and now being ripped off this is not OKAY ??

Took $54 dollars out of my account and my flowers said they were delivered to my SICK GRANDMOTHER! And nothing. No one answers the phone when you call and I doubt I will get an email back, I should have looked up reviews for this place first and feel so stupid for falling into this trap. Partially googles fault…it’s the first florist that pops up when you type in your cities name.

I saw an ad on *** for a Flower delivery service called Rita’s Florist offering 10% off your purchase. The website look legit, I went through with a purchase and received a confirmation email. My order never shipped, I was charged the full amount and never heard from the “business” again. Calling the phone number results in five rings and then a very sketchy sounding message. The email provided leads nowhere in terms of a response. I had to cancel my debit card and file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered flowers that were never delivered. No way to talk to a person only Ph number that no one answers-auto reply, online can complete a short form. Completed and no response

No return calls or email regarding order

  1. I feel that you are a scam company with no morals. I want a refund for the flowers that you never delivered and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
