Pop up window appeared while checking email stating that the computer had been infected with a virus/malware. The user was asked for permission to take control of the computer to fix the problem. They were charged $179 and was sent a transaction receipt. In addition, the user was asked provide an e signature via rightsignature.com. (RisezoneSolutions LLC Proof of Services Shared). The user also claims that the hacker appeared to use her information to subscribed to a real estate website.
