Found a site on Facebook marketplace offering these new micro mobility electric cars for $99 so I ordered one. The company advertising was called Riowol and my debit card charge for this product went to spiffy stores.com. I contacted spiffy stores and they said they don’t sell any products and had many other people have this same problem. It was a scam.
