I was contacted by someone 9 months ago, on my computer it said they were with Apple. That my computer was infected with viruses and worms. that I needed to give remote access to them so they could fix the computer. they charged $299.99. i received a call last Monday saying that they wanted to give me a refund but they could only do so if i gave remote access to computer.
