Type of a scam Employment

I was initially contacted by a text message with confirmation of an application I had put in for a job on Indeed. In the text, the "HR" associate requested that I add [email protected] on Google Hangouts for an interview. Denise Blue replied to me and requested an informal type of interview over Hangouts. After a few brief messages with questions conducted like a formal interview asking about business ethics and other formalities, they confirmed that I was hired for a Data Input Clerk 2 to work from home. They requested an address, email, and name confirmation for the sending of a package containing paperwork and a check to purchase equipment and software for the job. After overnighting a package through FedEx from 7433 3RD Street Road Louisville, KY 40214 US, the package contained a check for $4,800 with instructions to deposit the check and contact finance. Once I was able to make it to the bank and deposit the check my bank contacted me with information that the check was a fraud and to report the contact immediately. Right after that Ms. Blue contacted me and asked if the money was available to use. I had to reply no and she persisted and inquired why, so I explained. After she proceeded to ask for other account information such as phone and $300 from me to ship equipment to me. Calling her out on the scam she attempted to guilt trip me into trusting them again and sending money.
