Pt used my personal name and stated that I had all kinds of "tax rolls" that involved money due in the south side of Seattle. I have never been to Seattle and it just so happens that my business name is also my personal name. He stated that I had to reach out to them to take care of this because there is a lot of legal issues and money due.
