Check was mailed to me with a Liberty Mutual envelope saying I am a part of publishers clearing house and mega millions second place winner. The flyer that was in the envelope along with the check is so apparent that it is fake. Misspelled words, bad grammar and faded ink for the mega millions logo

Just got this in the mail today and is obviously a scam. Is there not a way to bust these people and not just say do not respond?
