I received a phone call from a woman stating that her name was Rebecca Shaw. The woman had a thick accent and stated that she worked for a company called Richardson Solutions LTD. And that their client Itq had contracted them to collect a debt on a loan I took out in 2008. She had also told me that serval attempts were made to reach me by mail and telephone and that I refused to respond. I told her that I would not do anything until I saw something in black and white. She told me should could not supply me with that only the client could. She then told me that I needed to come up with $2658.00 or she would tell the client I refused to accept the one time reduced payment offer. I told her that I was turning this over to my lawyer and she then threaten to call the hr department at my job, come to find out that she called there first before trying to contact me on a number I only list as an emergency contact. After that the argument got heated and I hung up on her when she told me for a third time that I needed to come up with the money. All parties I spoke to had accents. The called from 4 different numbers. When you call them it dumps you into a call center. I asked the operator several times what company was calling and she told me she could not answer that all I needed to do is give them the case number and they would transfer me to the correct party.
