Type of a scam Online Purchase
I saw various ads about this company, Revived Youth Renewal Cream, and decided to purchase their free trial. Trial was that you purchase the skim cream for free and just pay for shipping. You then had to cancel your trial withing 15 days in order to avoid being charged the full $97.00 for FACE CREAM that DOESN’T EVEN WORK. I called the following week to cancel and thought it was all good. I noticed that there was some random charges from Revive Youth on my card so I disputed it because I cancelled my trial (or so I thought). I received an email on 2/8/17 stating that my account was cancelled and didn’t think anything of it because I called within the 15 days to cancel my trial. Turns out, they didn’t mark my cancelled trial until 2/8, which meant that I needed to pay the full $97.00 for freaking face cream. I disputed it with Bank of America but because they had my information, they couldn’t give me a refund. REVIVE YOUTH CREAM IS A SCAM – the cream doesn’t work, they just do this so that they can make money from people who don’t "apparently" cancel their accounts. I called today to dispute the charge with Revive and the customer service agent who answered the absolutely rude and said that there was NO record of cancelling my account. I will continue to call the line because i refuse to pay $97.00 for this cream that doesn’t even work. I can’t believe this company is scamming clients like this – I’ve read other accounts where this happened. Please give me a call back and refund my money – i’ll send back the fake lotion that you sent me because this product is not worth $100.
