I paid $169 for the CV+cover letter+ follow up letters package, but received only the letters. They were written in poor, non-native, non-professional sounding English, so I asked them to get a professional writer (as advertised!) who was a native speaker on the project. But they just sent it back to the original writer! I was left with no choice but to ask him/her to correct all grammar and syntax from that second batch. And then I got a resume, not a CV, after several more days of hassle!! A CV is quite different in format, content, and language used. The resume that was supposed to be a CV was totally useless, and I had to write everything myself from scratch to meet the deadline. Each time I asked for my money back, they just sent it back for a re-write and completely ignored my request.
Despite the advertisement on google saying they were certified professional writers, no seal of certification was ever found.
