It’s online and when a person win an item if it’s the amount of money they what , they XXXXXX XXXX or XXXX goes back into the computer system and change the bidding for one of there shill bidder.They bid on items themselves that way you do not if it’s a legal bid with someone else until you see the same item with the same exact serial number for bid in another auction the have. I have in writing and proof about what is going on. Because she XXXXXXX XXXX told me so.
