The Resource Program is trying to get people out of the hole. They ask what I owe on my house and credit card, and asked my credit card number. They said they want to charge me $1,900 so they can send me money. They are out of California. Their phone number is 661-379-8820, Mico Vills and David Mack were the two contacts they gave me.
