Type of a scam Phishing
It is difficult to tell if this is a robocall or live (I’m guessing robocall). The call starts out with "Hi, I’m Elizabeth from Resort Rewards Program. CAN YOU HEAR ME OKAY?" It’s a known scam tactic to get a voice recording of the word "yes" to later authorize charges to credit cards, programs, fees, etc.
