Scammer was a robocall using a local number. Caller ID showed caller as a "Lisa Payden," likely using a full name to trick people into answering (they won’t if it just says "mobile call").

They keep calling my cellphone and saying that I have accumulated enough points for an award. Then they ask for personal information. it starts as a robo call, and as soon as you say something a person comes on the line. When I ask them to stop calling, the phone line immediately goes dead.
