Called them to come a snake my drain in my shower because it was backed up. Came out and went into bathroom pretended to snake the drain, advised me that couldn’t get through. Had another employee come out and put a camera down access tube, told me I had a broken pipe and they would have to dig down and replace and it would only cost me $6900 dollars. Called a different plumber who came out and snaked my shower. There was no broken pipe, cost me $125 dollars.
