Called Repairlux Appliance Repair to diagnosis and repair clothes washer no agitation issue. Technician came to home and advised me it needed a new timer part. I paid him $60 and ordered the $75 part. Part came in and Technician returned to install part. New timer part did not fix the problem and tech said his manager would call me for additional help in diagnosing and fixing washer problem. No one called me back and technician will not return my phone calls. I am out $135 and washer still not working.
