Type of a scam Phishing
Called number, caller identified himself as "John" from repair service center. Would not disclose origination of my info, anything to identify him personally as an employee(employee i.d., full name, etc.) Including impersonal info that does not identify him personally. Was agitated that I even questioned him, was told to call back, but would not identify who to speak to or the number to call for a ‘different department’. I was then placed on hold for an aggregious amount of time, upon calling back, the business was identified as Omega. Was told I would not be spoken to and my only option was to call no specific person Monday morning
