These people represented themselves as being with Microsoft and asked banking information etc from my mother. Their message appeared on her computer screen stating her computer would be shut down and she would lose everything unless she called the stated phone number immediately.Unfortunately she was frightened and called them, they accessed her computer and proceeded as if "fixing" the computer and billed her $499.95. She would not give them a check number although they do have her banking information. They threatened if she did not send a check any and all "activity" they repaired will be put back on her computer. I do not have any intention of paying this bill. This scam has caused severe hardship to my family.

I was on my computer and it suddenly froze up with a flashing ALERT message in red instructing me to call the following company "Repair All PC LLC" before I loose all my files. They stated they were affiliated with Microsoft and would fix my computer for $199 and install McAfee protection for $149. They said they would scan my check to get started and for me to send that same check in the mail. I did not want to loose my files and since they were with Microsoft, I thought they were legitimate. They did return my computer to its former status but I can not help but think that they installed the mal-wear themselves. An email was sent to me thanking me for my business. After thinking about it, I was concerned.

Repair All PC LLC is a scam! If you receive a message on your computer that your personal information at risk ignore it and turn off you computer. This just happened to me. They block you from using your computer and then say to call this number for "tech support" do not do it. They are trying to get your personal information.
