Found add on El Clasificado News paper in Norwalk CA claiming to rent houses to people with no credit. They initially accept 160$ down payment either cash or money order after which they give you a listing of houses. After going home and calling the busness to set up an appointmentioned to see the houses they either never pick up, answer then hang up, or put me on hold an hang up.
